Our Firm

The story of WFG began with Eugene "Gus" Sander in 1963. Throughout his long, successful career Gus' principle focus was on providing exceptional client service and sound financial guidance. Chris Werner joined Gus' team in 2001 and quickly adopted Gus' guiding principle in his approach to financial planning. Although WFG has grown significantly, strict adherence to our founding philosophy allows us to maintain strong client relationships, including many that have lasted over 40 years.

We recognize that each client's financial objectives are unique, and we emphasize personal financial plans tailored towards achieving each client's objectives. With an increasingly complex and uncertain economic environment, it is important to continually update and review our plans in an effort to consistently achieve our clients' goals. By maintaining strong client relationships, we are able to be both flexible and responsive. We value the trust that our clients place with us, and we honor that trust with our commitment to exceptional service and sound guidance.
