Randy Gay

Randy graduated from Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon with a degree in Human Development.  After graduation, Randy and his wife Rebecca partnered together in ministry and moved their family to Oregon from Southern California in 1997 to plant the first of two churches over the next 8 years.  After serving for 3 more years at a larger church in the Portland area, Randy made a faith filled move into the financial services profession by joining AXA in the winter of 2009, and is now thrilled to be working with Werner Financial Group on the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network platform. 

Randy has a passion for serving families and helping them to reach their retirement goals, as well as working with businesses to chart their best course for success.

When Randy is not working, he is happily busy with his beautiful wife Rebecca and their four amazing children: Josh, Bethany, Andrew, and Rachel.  As a family, they enjoy sports, dancing, the outdoors and just about anything else they can do together.
